The statistical results of my evaluation by the students of TEI-A are presented below, as issued through the Integrated Information System (IIS) of the Institution’s Evaluation Unit, indicative of one of the many theoretical courses in one of the many Departments of TEI-Athens that I have taught.

As a random example, the course “Biostatistics” is presented, during the Academic Year 2013-2014 in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science of the School of Health and Welfare Professions. All my evaluations by students, both at undergraduate and postgraduate level, have consistently remained at the same high level over time, regardless of Department, subject matter, or teaching period.

Specifically and indicatively, the statistical results are presented from the section of the questionnaire concerning the evaluation of instructors, namely those questions referring to teaching effectiveness, punctuality of the instructor, the collaborative climate established with students, the organization and presentation of the course, etc.

The grading scale follows the standards of HQA (Hellenic Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency) with a maximum of 5.

Evaluation Indicators:
  • Collaborative climate with students
  • Teaching effectiveness
  • Organization of course presentation
  • Punctuality of the instructor in fulfilling academic obligations
In addition, I have been evaluated by postgraduate students in all MSc programs of various Departments, Schools, and Institutions, in which I have taught during the past ten academic years.

As an example, the evaluation conducted during the Academic Year 2017-2018 for the Biostatistics course in the MSc Program of the Department of Midwifery at the University of West Attica, entitled “ADVANCED AND EVIDENCE-BASED MIDWIFERY CARE,” is presented.
