I worked as Systems Librarian at the library of the University of Piraeus. More specifically, I participated in the work packages: P.1.1. Cataloging of new acquisitions using the ILS Dynix Horizon and P.1.2. Book loan-classification-interlibrary loan. Additionally, I participated in the digital convergence program of the National Strategic Reference Framework - NSRF (Creation of new innovative services that concern the university's community, such as the upgrade of existing DSpace installations, the creation of OJS and OCS platforms to support the university's educational and writing activity etc.). Moreover, since December 2013, I was responsible for the library's IT department, supervising library's networks, users and computers, controlling servers and other digital services (such as DSpace, Dynix Horizon, etc.), managing library's website and the website of the Hellenic Economic Libraries Network (HE.LI.N.). Additionally, I contributed to the creation of lessons and exercises in digital environment for the information literacy program of the library.
